The National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS) has announced the NEET PG 2025 exam date, along with the exam schedule. Aspirants can mark their calendars for June 15, 2025.
The latest notification released on March 17, 2025 from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) includes the information that NEET PG 2025 will be conducted in two shifts on June 15, 2025. The computer-based format remains unchanged though. It is also confirmed that the first shift will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, while the second shift is scheduled from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

It’s vital for all aspirants to properly check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application. Here’s a list of essential requirements that will make you eligible for the entrance exam:
- A valid MBBS degree issued by a recognised institute under the Medical Council of India (MCI). A provisional certificate to that effect will also work.
- Completion of the rotatory internship.
- Provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. Candidates must carry this document on the exam day and during admission.
- Aspirants who have completed their MBBS degree from outside India must qualify for the FMGE exam before appearing for the NEET PG exam.

The NEET PG 2025 application process will be conducted online through the official NBE website (nbe.edu.in). Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth registration process:
Step 1: Registration
Begin by visiting the official NBE website and registering as a new user. You’ll need to provide basic details like your name, email address, and mobile number to create your login credentials.
Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form
Log in with your registered credentials and carefully fill in the NEET PG 2025 application form with your personal details, educational qualifications, and preferred exam centers. Double-check all information before proceeding.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
Upload scanned copies of the following documents as per the specified format:
- Passport-size photograph
- Signature
- MBBS degree certificate
- Internship completion certificate (if applicable)
Step 4: Payment of Application Fee
Complete the application process by paying the NEET PG 2025 application fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking:
- General/Unreserved (UR) candidates – Approx ₹5,000
- SC/ST/PWD candidates – Approx ₹3,750
Step 5: Submit & Print Confirmation
Before submitting, carefully review all details entered in the form. Once satisfied, submit the application and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
Important: If you incorrectly fill out some important details, the exam authority also provides a correction window. Applicants are allowed to edit certain information in their application form only during the correction window. However, details like name, mobile number, email ID, test centre, and nationality cannot be changed. For more details, you must refer to the information bulletin published on the NBEMS website.
